What about all these special offers and deals?   We are bombarded with literature and telesales offering carpet cleaning services, often with the tag line "the best clean you've ever seen, or its free"  when you get 3 different companies offering the same deal there has got to be a catch, I cannot offer that guarantee, because I know of at least 10 other cleaners nationally who clean as well as I do. I will however promise that if you are not happy with my clean I wont charge you for it.  The half price cleaning leaflets are a different  thing altogether, these companies typically use very low power machines with very high alkaline detergents, in many cases the price quoted is for a basic clean, essentially just a wet vacuum, and additional services such as spot/stain removal or actually cleaning the carpet carry considerable surcharges.

Why are you so much cheaper than other quotes I've had?  I get asked this one a lot, pricing in the carpet cleaning industry varies from about  30/50p a square yard up to about £8.00 or even more.  I am one of the most competitively priced  professional/qualified/insured  cleaners in this area, if not the country, I can do this because I have invested in some of the best equipment available, allowing me to obtain spectacular results in considerably less time than most of my competitors.
